I was wondering if anyone has much experience with these motors? I it fine to run Seafoam cleaner through it just like you do with a normal gas motor?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't know much beyond what others have told me, and that is that the blocks and heads are basically identical to a normal 3 liter; the differences are in the fuel injection system. Not sure though. Experts: feel free to chime in at this time...

the primary differences are in the fuel system. the FFV 3.0 has 19lbs injectors, an extra sensor for detecting ethanol content, a MAF calibrated to the larger injectors, and a a few gaskets and o-rings that were upgraded to handle ethanol.

the engines basic function is the same as any other gas motor.
