What do you guys think of this setup? I have yet to clean up my rear's inspection tag to see what gears I have although I'm quite sure theyre 3.73. Anyone run 33's on em? How much slower is this setup? or maybe I should go with 32x11.50s? any help is appreciated as my lift is being installed in a few weeks.

i just put 31's on my 99 and it is equipped with a 7.5 read with 4.10 gears. it slowed me down a lot. if you have a 5 speed you would be better off. i have a auto and it is now a real dog. i need a re-gear! 33's will kill the power for highway driving unless you like 3rd gear!

yeah mines an auto...i have 31s on now and i dont think it slowed me down all that much more, but a little probably.

I would say get 4.56's for an automatic and 4.88's for a stick.

well i also have 213000 on the mill so my m otor is proablly a little tired but still i think that if you step up to 33's you should think about a regear.

hey did switching to those manual hubs screw with you at all in terms of gon in and out of 4wheel. im doin thew conversion here shortly and was curious.

the AVM hubs are great, they don't mess with it one bit. just get out and lock them, and turn the knob inside so the transfer case engages. Then you're set :icon_thumby:

as for the 33's with a 3.0 auto, i'd say 4.10's or 4.56's if you want to be a little more extreme. It will be pooch with the 3.73's.
