3.0 owners,did you know

This may be old news to yall,if so disregard.I just found JBA S/S shorty headers on amazon for $414,versus the other $600 pair they sell,just thought I would share that,and again it may be old news to yall but I just found out

I have a few friends that have the 3.0 Ranger and Mazdas. They bought them awhile back on Ebay and Amazon. They paid just under $400 with shipping. Glad to see you were searching around, Bro.

400 is better than $600,but is still alot for headers.I dont know if the benefits of having headers out ways the still somewhat high price

I'm sorry, but what exactly does upgrading the headers do?

Well,it makes your truck alot louder,but the main reason people install headers is to allow more exhaust flow.In turn if you open up the flow going out you need to increase the flow feeding in to your engine(ie.K&n filter etc.)anyone correct me if im wrong on that.To me personally $400 for headers is still alot of money,but the 3.0l is very reliable,but just doesnt produce the power like a 4.0l
