I’m having an issue motor blew in my 95 3.0 auto ranger. I bought a working motor 07 I believe it’s a taurus block but took all my 95 parts including intake and put on it and transmission 4r55e I believe it’s an 02 transmission I found the right harness for it from a scrap 02 ranger now I’m kinda playing the pcm game
95/6 pcm starts truck idles rough doesn’t go past 2nd gear no speedo
98 pcm starts truck runs great! Doesn’t shift passed 2nd gear no speedo
Took my gfs 97 4.0 pcm trucks runs good shifting feels a little funny but still not passed 2nd no speedo
2000&04 pcm crank with no start think pats is the problem here
Im not sure if it is a pcm issue or not I know 95 had speed cable to back I know new trans has 2 speed sensors on it
Im kinda at a loss here but with being so close I don’t want to give up on this project I appreciate anyones input
