3.0 L V6 Stacks

I've seen the conversion kits personally. It's freaking awesome. I wouldn't personally do it to my f250 (if I was lucky enough to have one). But it is a really cool kit. And pricey...

so what happens when you piss down a stack, will it blow everywhere when they start truck up? god i hope so...

It needs streamers attached to the inside of the stack. That way it simulates flames as you drive:)

its funny....if you were behind me when i am bogging down in 4 low....while wheelin....you would tell me to get a fawking stack for chits sake you asshole!!!!.....i cant see shit!!!! and i have black lung now!!!!

I was at Attica one time and there was a Hummer group in front of us. One of them got high centered and the rest were in the little valley idling. I wanted a stack--like a 20' snorkel so I could breathe some air.

I know I'm kinda late to this party but, wow thats a whole lota hate..... I have mixed emotions personally. I don't really want stacks but then again I don't really want anything that doesn't make the car/truck look stock. Standing out just draws attention from police. But if it's your truck and you want them more power to you. In the past I have seen people buy the side pipe kits from JC Whitney and use those for stacks it looks decent enough and comes with pretty much everything you would need but a hole saw. purely as a back pressure issue I would just have them tied into the stock exh. I know it would be 2 to 1 to 2 but the cats and bottle neck would save some back pressure. just my 0.02

OK Ill try and be help full if you want decent looking stacks do it like the guys with 250s 350s 2500 3500 yada yada yada do. Buy a in bed stack kit. Its like a giant y pipe in the bed of your truck. It goes through the bed in one hole down to your stock exhaust location. Yea run headers but bottle neck it with some 2.25 pipe with cats from the headers till it goes through the bed to ooo lets say some 4" stacks and you can still run a flowmaster thrush cherry bomb whatever muffler you want under the bed and the stacks would be like dual exhaust.

Here's a pic of the kit installed in a full size now you would need to shorten the y pipe some to make it fit in a ranger bed.

And heres a ford ranger with 5" stacks from a kit like pictured above but he also put a cummins diesel in it.

i like the look of stacks....untill i see that they just come through a hole in the bed and render the whole front corners of the bed useless
