3.0 fuel line help

I'm currently right now try to disconnect the fuel line from the rails I have tryed the quick disconnect tool that I own and it is not doing anything help????

Please tell me you were not trying to use it on the side of the fitting you can see in the picture.
 
No haha it is just to show the picture of the fuel line I don't think my disconnect tool is long Enough on the end of the tool called a friend and he said use two screw drivers that don't sound smart to me

I just had to be sure. You would not believe some of the stupid that comes through here. Like the guy who suggested shortening the drive shaft to "free up power".


I have had some luck loosening up stuck garter springs with small flat blades. It does work, and it is safe to a point. If the spring's expansion area is packed with rust you are going to destroy it one way or another, but the safety clip will hold the fitting together as well as the spring does.
 
Sounds great I did manage to get one off just now with a cut piece of hard flexible plastic lol who knew the other one is kicking my a$$
