If anybody know I was curious if the 3.0 flex fuel engine's internals are different from the standard 3.0? Are they tougher or made of different material or anything like that?

Internals are the same. The early flex fuel engines had different combustion chambers, but they eventually quit doing that, and ran the same heads on both Flex Fuel and non-flex engines.

The only real differences that matter between the flex and non-flex engines are the fuel injectors and PCM calibration.

Yes ^^^

Any Vulcan 3.0l long block(assembled block and heads) can be used for gas only or gas and E85(flex), difference is in the add-ons as mentioned above.
