2wd vs 4wd steering

is the steering linkage the same on a 2wd 1992 ford explorer and a 4wd 92 explorer the same?
also is the pitman arm the same from the 2wd and 4wd?

I know the pitman arm is different from research I've done into extended ones for lift. Rockauto list 2 different parts for every piece of the linkage for 2wd vs 4wd. Not sure what the difference is tho..
