I am about to purchase a 90 model super clean great running Bronco II 2WD

I want to convert to 4WD
It does not have the dummy transfer case, every post on this has one.
I have a donor 84 Bronco II with manual 1350 and front diff. and drveshafts.

Questions

Is it any harder to convert to 4 x 4 with no dummy transfer case?
Any differnce in conversion 1st generation to 2nd generation parts?
Any additional parts needed?Direct
Bolt on still installation?
Do Ihave to have a special transmission or will my strong, newly rebuilt, manual 5 spd work?
I have read the 92-94 Exploder 4 x 4 front differential is direct bolt on?
I plan to take the springs as well.
Would the trasfer case from the exploder work?
If so, any advantage?
Should I use the WB1350 from the 84?

Any pointers advice appreciated.

you need to use a transmission with a flange that a transfer case can bolt to, post pictures of your current transmission.

Get the explorer t case, esp if its a manual shift. You'll probably wanna go with a manual t case anyways. The 84 one will work, but the 1354 has a bolt on yole instead of the slip yoke that the 1350 has.
