assembled rear?

ive done alot of research on this cause i have a 2.3 with an open diff 7.5 there are NO Lockers Available for this rear end ..BUT some rangers did have a 8.8 rear with a limited slip diff Stock.. find a 4x4 ranger prefferably with 4.10 gears in the rear with a limited slip diff....thats what im looking for myself..im going to do a 8.8 swap with 4.11 gears with a full spool in my 2.3 ...im tired of down shifting on EVERY Hill and even with my heads ported and polished with my cai and exhaust with a wet 50 shot of nitrous the 8.8 with a full spool will hold up fine they are 31 spline axles in the 8.8 ..which were stock in fox body mustangs with 5.0s so there is hardly any chance of breaking an axle going around a turn fully locked with a 2.3
 
DO NOT WELD THE SPIDERS IN THE 7.5 they are 28 spline axles and are weak do the swap to 8.8 and either get a stock limited slip or a locker or spool it stay away from the 7.5 and DO NOT MOD it...TOO WEAK
 
but since we are on the topic of 2.3s i have the duratec dohc 2.3...and ive looked everywhere for hop ups and cant find shit...is there a larger throttle body and larger injectors i can put into this thing ....please help...pulling my hair out trying to wake this thing up abit...im going to port and polish the head but was wondering if anyone has ever gone bigger with the valves themselves if thats at all possible or if im limited to just porting and polishing..and like i said id like to run bigger injectors and a larger throttle body if at all possible

I have an 06 Sport 4.0 2wd and I'm also looking to swap out the rear axle with a locker to give me a little more capability. Were you able to find one that works well??
