Does anyone know where I can get (or have custom made) axle pivot drop brackets for a 1988 2wd Ranger that have 1.5" to 2.0" of drop?

I installed a 1.5" lift on my truck and cannot get it alligned now. Created 3.1 degrees of + camber. I already have 1 degree factory bushings turned all the way.

I know you can get atleast 4degree camber bushings.... that should clean up the alignment if you're off a total of 4.1 degrees.

I think Skyjacker has a set of 2" lift drop brackets.

Did you get new springs for the lift? If so.... In a few miles of driving they should settle out a bit, and gain you a few degrees back.

Thanks for the info.

I did not use new coils. I used Superlift coil spacers. I used 1" of spacer on each spring, which created a 1.5" lift due to the geometry of the TIB.

Who makes a 4 degree shim? I have found them for the 4wd, but not a 2wd.

Thanks Again!

MOOG Part # K8984 = 3 1/2 degrees
# K8983 = 3 1/4 degrees
# K8982 = 3 degrees
# K8981 = 2 3/4 degrees

# K80109 < May be what you are looking for... It is slightly more adjustable, and offers 0-4 degrees Negative or Positive Camber...

Raybestos has some similar bushings, but I just needed a good comparison for you.

4wd and 2wd are the same... Difference is, 2wd gets up to 1/2 a degree more change with the bushing then the 4wd does.

The 2wd and 4wd only use the same bushings on 1989 and up with the cast beams. 1988 and older with the forged beams have a different ball joint set up and require a different camber busing.

Thanks for your help though!
