I am in need of a rear sump oil pan for my 289 swap into a 2000 Ranger. Also looking for exhaust manifolds/headers for stock heads . Any advice or instruction would be greatly appreciated.

quit doing swaps because people that are not involved in the process end up throwing it away because it's too expensive to find anyone to work on it.i need to find a sbf swapped ranger for a good price. i bet that would be a fun truck.
i am past the point of wanting to do that kind of swap myself. i would rather have one already done, ha ha ha
A buddy is a Bimmer-head... what BMW swap you be doin'?I dont mind working on stuff if its already together. But my sbf into my wrangler took a year to do because i got annoyed and just left it for months. Same with this bmw swap, and i have done this swap multiple times but cant get fire this time. So now i am annoyed and its been about 6 weeks.
