Hey Everyone.

Just got a new set of boggers on, have had a time at the local junkyard finding something that would fit, AND look good....

Tires: 285-75R-16's
Rims: 1997 Explorer 5 on 4.5" 16's
Centers: 2001 Crown Victoria's AND used a 2-3/4" hole saw to cut out for the locking hubs on the fronts.

I did the cut from the back side of the centers, using a drill press and a large "C" type set of vice-grip locking pliers.

The center is punched from the back, between the o and r in the ford logo in the center, just off the top of the letters (slightly down) from the TOPS of the letters....

PAINT is REAL soon...............

The look great. How old are they? Look at the back side of the tires and there will be a serial number and a date the tires were made. They still look pretty fresh!!

TY to both of you,

Stray, the tires are quite new, fall of 2012

Greg

They should last a good long time. You got a lucky find!!
