265/70R15 on a 2003 edge

I tried using some cardboard to approximate these tires but can not get a good view. Do you think these will fit on a 2003 Ranger Edge 4x2. It looks like they will rub but I can not really tell. Does anyone have this size on their truck now. I also want to put these on 15x8 wheels.

I think they would fit an Edge fine. At most you would have to turn up the torsion bars a inch or so. Ideally you want a wheel with 3.75" backspace, no more than 4.0".

Are you sure that is the right size?

If so that is a fairly uncommon tire size for a 15" rim.

that is the correct size. they are 29.6 in diameter and 10.43 in wide

will fit no problems...it's SMALLER than what came on some of those trucks stock(245/75R16)...

I'm just worried about the fender flares that come on the edge models.

again...SMALLER than what came on them stock with the 16's. Flares or no flares, you have nothing to worry about.

I appreciate the input and your patience. I am going to put these on 15x8 wheels. I really like the Ultra wheels I found at tire rack, simple and modest. I am hoping that this will fill up the wheel wells a little more without affecting mileage or performance too much. The truck does have factory 4.10 gears.

My Sport is the same as the Edge's and I run 31's which is a little bigger than that tire size if i'm not mistaken. I also had some 33x12.50's stuffed under there for a while but required some unnoticeable flare trimming and t-bar crank.

those tires are TINY for 4.10's....you'll be fine. I rocked 4.10's and 35's for a little while before regearing. I ran 32's and 33's for about 40k of the trucks life. You'll be fine with 4.10's.

Yeah that's the Ultra Rogue. I like the black ones better though....
