Really aside from the plastic bumper the global Ranger they have pictured really doesn't look too bad as it is.
Looks like combination of 2017/18 F-150 grille. Mostly '17 but with the dropped center bumper of the '18. Which kind of makes sense Ranger historically looked similar to the big guys so you knew it was a Ford, but not identical.
With today's SLA tech, you can whip up 2 or 3 different protos in a day. I wouldn't put money on that being the final version.
