I'm actually bored until I see the real thing in a lot.

I'd put money on them all being mediocre artist work. The new trucks are definitely six lug.

The Xbox truck looked like it should have portals, so I was just chalking it up to using existing components.
The Taco and GMC twins have multiple frame length for the different configurations; not sure we would have wanted Ford to delay introduction to engineer a solution which accommodates differences - both design/testing and production. Supposedly it was issue for Jeep to accommodate the increased spacing on lines for the JT.
The SCrew mid box (can't bring myself to call a 6' box long, especially knowing there is a 7' on RoW Rangers) would be combination which sells me. I'm holding off on purchase, hoping the Bronco results in multiple frame lengths and the option comes to the Ranger.
I think Ranger850 and I should have been given a SCab 4x2 for SEMA:
Ranger Lightning with Mustang 6 spd manual, rear flip kit/lowering coils/knuckles, some nice thick sway bars, blue/white skunk stripes paint job, 275/40r22 Pirelli P Zeros, American Racing make a 5 spoke/22"/bolt that's close enough for gov't work to the Shelby Cragar SS's. Some Wilwood 6 pot calipers front and back. Recaro seats from the 'Stang, and speaker shelf/storage for back seat, roll pan on rear & updated version of '06 Ranger STX front bumper/valance. MBRP mid side exhaust.
Ranger850 probably can add a couple other good ideas for me.
Most of the above would be good aftermarket for those of us who can drive in the rain without 4wd.
If you want to get aggressive for SEMA, shorten the frame to use the short box, put an Expedition IRS under our sport truck and give it 2.7EB power.![]()

I would mind a " DeWalt" Edition Ranger. All Yellow w/Black accents. and inside all the buttons would be inspired by DeWalt Power Tools with that rubbery feel to them so you can turn and push with work gloves on. And Easy clean up so NO CARPET or LEATHER. Oh yeah, I'm a sucker for cross Branding and Dewalt and Ford, So yeah. Make it happen FORD.
Rubbery feel would wear off.
I would be happy if they just made buttons big enough to push while wearing gloves.
Also, Photobucket really sucks these days. I'd try to get a different photo hosting site if I were you. Like Flickr or SmugMug, etc..
