Hey there.
I have a 2015 Ranger Wildtrak and a few days ago I put on wider tires(275 from 265).
After the tires were fitted I noticed that the left rear tire was pretty much flush with the wheel arch yet the right rear tire was sticking out a bit.
I have measured the distance from the chassis to the tire and sure enough it seems the whole rear axle is off set to the right by 2cm.

The guy here at Ford in Dubai says a slight off set is normal for solid rear axle.
Fortunately where I work we have a number of similar year Rangers, so I measured a few of them and they have slight off set to the right of about 0.5cm.
I have measured another Wildtrak and an XLT and both have the same 0.5cm off set.
I have had the truck into the service center and released all the U-bolts on the leaf springs and torqued them up again but it is still the same. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be cause this.

Double check your measurements. Make sure it's the axle and not a wheel rim that's off with backspacing. If it's not the rim then you have to check the factory drawings and confirm what is out of wack. In north america there is Fords' Body Builders Guide, perhaps the measurements you seek are in there or you may have to find a similar site for your region.

good luck.

The bed could not be centered too.

Your truck is a lot different than ours in North America, I don't know much about them at all.

I'm not sure it's a possibility as noted above with your truck being different than what's over here but the brackets for the shackles on the rear leaf springs aren't very sturdy, check that the shackles are perpendicular to the ground, if not that's at least part of your problem.

Thanks for reply's.
One thing I didn't mention was when I had it at the service center up on the lift I did notice that the right leaf spring did seem to be angling outwards at the bottom, but honestly I haven't had chance to check it on the ground.
I have had wheel alignment done and that is all good.
think I need to pull all wheels off and double check measurments.
