Why is it the seller could buy it from an insurance company, probably as a 'total' and still have a clean title? I know here the title would likely change to 'salvage' when registration was attempted due to the title history. I realize some states have 'reconstructed' titles but even then it's not really clean title. Nice looking truck but I'm prejudiced to blue.
