2011 cruise control

Grandson bought a 2011 xlt 4dr 4.0 with no cruise, and wants factory cruise control. I'm assuming we'd have to swap the steering wheel, but what about the clock spring, wiring, ecm, etc? We're planning on finding a donor trk so all parts will be available. Also looking for oem side step bars and bed rails if someone knows of a place. In the san antonio area

column swap maybe....the newer trucks are different from 07 up for cut out switches and stuff....iirc the servo is similar from 2001 up. though post hec the connector may be different
