So I just picked up a 2008 sport 3.0 that I would like to lift from the front.
I read that in 2008 ford lowered the front for handling and aerodynamics so now it looks crapy!!!

I want to lift it back up by cranking on the torsion bars, is this bad?

All it would be doing is lifting the truck back to stock like a 2007 model only with the adjuster cranked in right?

Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks

yes. you can lift the front by cranking the bars. it's not bad by any means. the only thing bad that happens is you lose your down travel so you will probably want new shocks.

They make aftermarket torsion keys too. After the crank up, it's good to get an alignment. It does make a little rough ride'n.
