2008 Ranger(Thailand model) High Rider Lift

Trying to find out if there are lift kits available for my Ford Ranger...it's a 2008 Ford Ranger High Rider 2wd(Thai model)...it sits like a four wheel drive but would like to lift it at least 6" more....it's got the torsion bar front suspension. Not sure if the American lift kit companies are interchangeble....someone please help!!!

Asian trucks are completly different than North American trucks.

do you think the spindles are the same?...I'm sure that I can do some fab work, but just looking for some input in case there is someone out there that knows... it's a sweet truck with a 2.5 tdci...5speed auto..wish i could bring it to the U.S....or they sold the diesel in the U.S.....

Ranger is spelled the same and the oval on the grille resembles that of a North American truck but that is it.

The Asian truck is built by Mazda (rebadged as a Ford) and the NA truck is built by Ford, they are not only different designs but technically different brands as well.
