Just making sure in case there's a difference when ordering parts. Currently about to replace the upper control arm, need 1 sway bar link, I might buy one of those aftermarket sets that is basically all new ball joints etc, truck has 120k miles. It's 2WD v6 3.0 automatic. thanks. Another thing I'm kind of worried about though is in case parts are said to fit this truck but might be for the 4 liter 4 cylinder version where I don't want to take things apart to discover I received a mis-titled part and then have to wait for return etc despite I can bring back to autozone but aftermarket online prices are much better rather order online, and I guess most should fit if both 6 cylinder but idk.

Most places worth ordering from will ask you what engine you have, driveline, etc. And then in the notes they may have something also. But after all that, they still make mistakes, but that is life.

afaik, all the coil spring front suspension arms and end links are the same, regardless of which engine or trim. The springs will be different, but the springs should be listed on the vin decal on the B-pillar.

correct, all 98+ coil systems are identical except for the spring rates.

the upper & lower control arms will not interchange between coil & torsion bar systems.
