2007 Red Trailer 4X8 Utility Trailer

The edge metal has been primed and installed wet with paintable acrylic sealant. The screws have been installed wet as well. The spray on liner I had in the garage did not weather the winter well. So, all that is in the trash and bed lining will have to wait until Friday when I get paid to get more. $60-ish dollars in the trash...

The right side is done and installed back on the trailer. Only one more side to go. Maybe in the fall....

Packed the trailer up for a week of camping. Believe it or not there is camping gear under all that wood.

Steel is on order to replace the tongue bar (2.5”x1.5”x0.188” rectangle tube) as opposed to the maybe 1/16” wall tab reinforced C-Channel. To counter the added weight, provide additional surface to mount the spare tire rack, and act as a rock rail is some 4”x2”x0.250” rectangle tubing aft of the wheels.

We had the idea to mount an old refrigerator to one of those small trailers, doors up. They're insulated, so the freezer portion could be a cooler (install a drain), and the rest for food and gear.

Wouldn't look as good as yours, though. (y)

Looking at that thing... Yea that tounge is very long for being thin C channel... I dunno if I've ever seen a trailer that wasn't full square/rectangle. I'd be tempted to even weld some flat bar on the sides even when you replace it with full square tube for some extra resistance to twisting.
