Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on how to free a tumbler that will not move---absent replacing the lock, of course?

Graphite lube, spray it right down in there, let it soak and then give it some jiggles.

Oh and make sure you're using the right key...

What dirtman said, and maybe tap the lock cylinder with a hammer while you try to turn it

Id use pb blaster first. Once it’s freed up coat it in graphite lube to keep it from happening again.

Dammit Dale let the adults handle this.
