2006 Ford F-150 Idle drop and stall at low idle

I have a 2006 Ford F-150 that idles rough and stalls out when coming to a stop sign or slowing down but this all happens after it's been warmed up and driven for awhile has codes P10?? And B16?? And says these are only available through by a Ford Add-on, Thanks for taking a look anything helps.

I had a 2004 f150 5.4l that had the same symptoms. It was the cam phazers. I used 10w40 and finally 15w40 and got 30,000 more kilometers out of it before it died. If the motor won't idle with more than 25psi then the phazers are suspect.
All this is knowledge I picked off the web several years ago and may be worth less than what you paid for it.

I guess I should've mentioned I had a bunch of warranty work done and the phazers were replaced along with a bunch of other sensors and I was wondering if the IAC or the MAF could cause this?

The solenoids are apparently really touchy about getting contaminated, so good oil hygiene is a must with our 5.4s.
