2004 xlt in Minneapolis for parts

So part of the chain tensioner plastic came loose and cracked the valve cover, passenger side. Drive it home running rough but running, and not making extra noise. Valve MAY have hit a piston but not sure, I already pulled the valve cover and I'm not going any deeper. No, I haven't ran it since then (Sunday, 9/30) The bed is shot, as is the AC compressor. Tinted windows, 159000 miles, rubber floor, good spring perches, trans and transfer case all good. Axle redone 6 months ago. I'm keeping the 33s but have the factory alloys with 2 good tires and 2 round ones that hold air real good
