I HAVE A 2004 4.0 RANGER. TRUCK WILL NOT START. HAVE CHECKED ALL THE FUSES. CAN JUMP ACROSS THE STARTER RELAY AND IT WILL TURN OVER. I HAVE NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE ECM. HAVE CHECKED THE WIRING ON THE OBD2 CONNECTOR. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
