2004 Ford Ranger XL 2wd long bed Prerunner

I have an 04 Ford Ranger XL 2wd 3L V6 and I want to turn my truck into a Prerunner but also be a DD. Wondering what kind of lift and how big? Also any other advice or help

Suspension lift gives you more ground clearance, so for actual "pre-running", and is more expensive to do

Body lift is for larger tires and looks mostly, and is less expensive
