My 04 3.0 is on its last legs....I can either just swap in a new 3.0L or I can get a new 4.0L is this swap 2004 3.0L Auto/ 2x4 to 2004 4.0L Auto/ 2x4 mostly direct replacement or is it a pain?
I only drive this truck back and forth to work, so just swapping in a new 3.0 is easy. Was curious if its worth the effort to go to the 4.0L
