2003 Ford Ranger auto to manual swap

I’m looking to swap my 03 Ranger 4x4 from auto to manual. (Picture for attention, not the actual truck) My auto trans is on its way out and if I’m going to spend the cash I’d rather have a manual trans when it’s said and done. From what I understand all rangers from 98-04 ran the M5OD 5 speed transmission. Id like to stick with all OEM parts from a donor ranger but I’m wondering if I have to find another 2003 donor or what year rangers would directly interchange, pedal assemblies, wiring harnesses, ect? I know it would be easier to find another truck with a manual and just sell my auto from other post I’ve read but where I live manual rangers in good condition are really hard to come by and sell for way more.
