Normally i am goin about 70 mph when i step on the gas all the way my truck down shifts only one gear and shoots up about 300 rpm's but today i floored it all the way goin 70 mph and the tranny down shifted about 2 or 3 gears and the rpm's shot up from about 2500 - 2750 rpm's too about 4750 - 5000 rpm's. I dont know why this happens but it does it every now and then and i am wondering if this is a problem.
Thanks, Abel

That would be normal kick down when flooring the accelerator.
