i can't keep the quick connect on the slave cylinder together. it will stay for a little bit, but when I push the clutch in, it will come apart, than clutch pedal will not move. Is this a bleeding/air issue?

The hose from Master has a valve inside the fitting at the end of the hose
When its unhook the valve closes so all the fluid doesn't just drain out of Master/reservoir
This is why when it comes off the clutch pedal won't move, valve is closed so fluid in Master has no where to go, so you can't push pedal down, which is GOOD, lol
Open the Bleeder valve(on slave) when plugging in the quick connect fitting, then close it after fitting "clicks" into place, allow some fluid to drip out of bleeder
You can leave bleeder open for 10 to 30 seconds to Gravity bleed any air out, have a pan under it
Then make sure Reservoir has been topped up
