Simple question, how do I get it off?

I know where the bolts are, just no idea how to get the belt off it. Where's the tension adjustment thing?

you need a 3/8 drive rachet and just loosen the tensioner and take the belt off.

on mine it is under the a/c and you will need a socket on the ratchet maybe 9/16 look and see if it is the same

Got it off, ended up saying to hell with the tensioner, we'll figure that out later right now what we need was the alternator out.

It was bad, dons automotive in Binghamton has a 3.0 from a 2004, will that work?

Alright good. It's probably the best price were going to find.

Unfortunately they're not open until Monday. But we won't be able to go down that day so looks like Tuesday is the next day he'll be able to make it down. Trucks stuck in my driveway, and his bike doesn't like starting (needs a new plug/wire) and isn't legal with a broken tail light. He's stranded at his house. I'd let him borrow my truck, but it's in rough shape at the moment and I need it.
