Hey Guys, I need to replace some broken exhaust studs on my 2001 3.0 Ranger. They hold the manifold to the head and have the nut as a fixed part of the stud, so you can mount the oil dipstick tube and other parts to them. I've looked high and low for aftermarket ones but haven't had any luck. Are these a Ford Dealer only item? If so, how much of my kid's college fund will I have to borrow to purchase these? Thanks

Ace Hardware has them. They are M8x1.25 and are $2.16 for the stud and $0.62 for the flair nut. Just bought some yesterday!

I like the original design where turning the integral nut will remove the nut and stud together, making it easier to get the manifold out of the engine bay. So I guess this means welding the nut to the stud for the Ace version, or a trip to the dealer, for original hardware. OK, thanks
