My 2001 B3000 has a120 mph speedometer, but it won't go o er 90. Is there a speed limiter somewhere in the system?

The 3.Slow is a speed limiter.

Most of the Mazda B-Series and Ford Rangers have a limiter around that speed. Trucks and high speeds are generally not friends with each other.
