2000 top end

Hey guys I'm new here, I bought a 2000 ranger with a 3.0 flex fuel to build into a mild trail rig, and to get rid of my $350 car payment. The truck had a stuck valve so the heads were replaced, and I guess after the lower intake was put back on the previous owner saw the lifter retainers in the parts box and got frustrated and let it sit. I have to pull the lower intake back off and put it together right, I was wondering if anyone had a diagram for the top end of the engine since I didnt pull it apart. I know I should be looking into a book

might be helpful. the tech library is amazing around here. you've come to the right place though. and if you dont know about the cam synchronizer issue with this engine you might want to look into it. otherwise congrats on gettin a great truck

Top end is a piece o cake man, shouldnt take you more than a couple hours on a bad day.
