so what all has to be swaped? I know intakes and motor mounts and pullys and all thay but what about the cam sensor?

What about the head gaskets? You need to change the head gaskets.

Why does the gaskets have to be changed?

Routing of the coolant through the heads / block is different (via the head gaskets) from FWD 3.0 to RWD 3.0.

The transverse mounting. Needs coolant to run through the right side of the engine first to keep it cool since it is in the rear. The normal mounting needs it to run through the rear first. If you dont get the coolest coolant to the parta of the engine closest to the firewall you overheat and melt down.
