2000 Suzuki Savage "build"

I find my truck has much better visibility with the windshield un-painted.

Edit... it will now live forever in the quote thread.

Too late now but fixed it. LOL

Finally got this damn thing back together for the most part, about to go see how tight I got all my bolts right now lol.

My phone really can't take a picture to save its life -__- im happy enough with how the paint came out.. but anxious to re-do it over the winter lol. The rustoleum glitter paint does shine pretty good in direct sun.. blues and greens visible at the right angle..

It needs a LOT of clear to bury it all though. Both the fender and the tank would need at least another can a piece to be able to wet sand.

Was on the Suzuki Savage forum starting in 1998 when it was still hosted in Germany by Bert.
I’ll grab you some pics later. My 98 blew up when the timing chain tensioner failed. Had a CB450 brake plate in a Suzuki TT500 front wheel. And 16” rise apehangers. Kept as a parts roach.
My 03 has a cut stock rear fender, trimmed Shovelhead FLH rear fender temporarily grafted on. 8.5” rise bars, sprung solo seat, 12” glasspack with 30” fishtail pipe. Tree branch took out the gastank before I got everything in final mockup. Getting ready to swap my dirt track tank from the 98 to the 03, put yet another sprung solo on it for Shelby.
