Hi All

I removed the broken exterior door handle and I have the replacement in the door. The linkage is the simple hook that should fit into the slotted end of the handle.
How on earth does it line up?
I thought it would be as simple as bolting the handle then sort of lifting the handle on the outside while trying to pull the linkage to find the sweet spot where the hook on the linkage would fit into the handle.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Bill

That has a clamp type linkage holder IIRC. Basically you just need to open the "clamp" up, put the linkage in the clamp and close it.
