2 types of this aluminum wheel?

'twas looking at some refurb wheels lately.
they state there may be 2 different versions of this particular wheel, the original, and a modified one to accommodate 12" rotors.

Question: does anybody have this wheel on a newer Ranger with front 12" rotors?
this one that came on my 2000 will not clear 12" brakes, it lacks about 1/8" near the center of the wheel.

suppossedly AL541007AB and AL5Z1007B are the newer ones that have more clearance.

All are 15 x 7

I have a set of those that came off a 2009 ranger sport. I am running them on my 97.

have you ever measured the inner diameter of the wheel at the hub surface?

that style wheel from my 2000 measures 13-9/32", or about 337.5mm inner diameter.
if I shave the outer ends of the bracket and caliper I can get those wheels to fit over the 12" brakes, but I'm quite hesitant to actually use shaved calipers. test fitting is all I've done so far.

if the 2009 wheels would measure at least 13-1/2" 343mm, they should fit over 12" brakes.
my goal is to upgrade the 2000's 11.25" rotors to 12" and still use 15" wheels.
I plan on switching to the newer knuckles that came with the 12" rotors.

Never had a need to measure them as they fit right on my 1997. I would think the 2009 sport would have the larger rotors.

The 07 Sport has 12" front rotors??

the wheels do fit my 05 XL, but it has only 11.25" rotors.
