2 shocks or 4

I drive a B2 2" body 5" suspension lift, Jeep xj BDS 6" 260lb coils w/ Bilstein 7100 shocks on a D35 TTB. For tires I'm running a set of Cooper STT 33". When out wheeling tonight, I noticed my front tire, every time I hit a rut or a rock they would wobble. Not pulling the wheel out of my hand i.e. bump steer wobble, just wobble a bit. I do have a steering stab, that I think is still good. Driving down the road it's fine. Question is, should I think about adding a second set of shocks to the front end and would that calm the wobble down?

Can you explain this "wobble" a bit more? (do you mean like a "shimmy"?)
 
I tried to take a video of the wobble while driving down a trail. The tire seems to wobble side to side when I hit a bump or a rut in the road. It might be where I'm looking from (driver's seat looking out the window at the tire) The video showed nothing like I thought I saw while looking out the window. I jacked the truck up and looked at all the suspension part, all seem to be in good order. I'm thinking a second set of Bilsteins can't hurt. If I could only find a set of dual shock towers like the ones I have in my 86 F-150, Even thought they belong to a D44, I' sure I could get them to work.
 
Double shocks will stiffen up the ride considerably. Mine used to pitch and roll like a row-boat in a rough sea before I double shocked it. I usually disconnect the additional pair for off road or the ride is too rough.
 
I ran single Bilstein shocks on mine for years and never experienced any sort of 'wobble' at the wheels. Depending how soft your shocks are, adding a 2nd set on there is very likely to tighten up your handling though.

I switched my Bilsteins out for single Fox 2.0 shocks not quite two years ago, which tightened up the handling considerably (they are valved stiffer than Bilstein's). Before I had a some amount of side-side rocking motions going over bumps/ruts/etc. (or if I whip the wheel), now it's a lot steadier.
