How much would you offer someone for a 95 explorer with no title?

Is that same 95 a good candidate to use as a swap for an 87 BII?

I've been looking for a running sploder to swap trans and engine. Have my eye on a 91 and 92. The people want 600-800 for those two.

A '95 Ex you should be able to use a manual trans trans & rear axle from, but not the front axle.
'95 is also when they began the switch to OBDII and the new dash... I s'pose you could use the engine and an auto trans too, though you'd have your work cut out with all the wiring or swapping the dash.

I'd just hold out for a '91-'94 donor.

With no title its not worth anything, it could be stolen as far as I know. I wouldn't waste my time on it. I'd rather pay more and have the title in my hand. The only reason I bought my Bronco 2 was when I first looked at and test drove it I physically touched the title and in the time frame of payments the lady had moved and misplaced the title and has furnished all of the paperwork and the money to have the title transfer and replaced, and has been able to help through the whole process.
