any time you lift the TTB your steering is going to be whack, you have to drop the center point of the linkage to maintain a positive steering feel. Standard dropped arm is your best bet and can be found used for around $25.
I assume you are using washers as coil spacers from the previous thread. Your camber is going to be way off, you will need to find yourself some large degree bushings around 3 degrees. Try napa auto parts, they have all sorts of adjusters, i believe mine are 2.5 degree and work very well.
Your almost better off getting a cheap 4" starter kit such as Rough Country, i started with one of those, or even a body lift is a good starting point. The 4" RC kit is pretty good for mild wheeling and can be had for about $600 with shocks and dropped arm.
A 2" spacer or leveling lift isn't really enough to require a bigger pitman arm since it's not also dropping the axle pivots. But yes, you will need to readjust your camber.
ON my 91 exploder, I did 2" skyjacker coils, and the steering was fine without the pitment arm, and mine had enough adjustment that I just cranked the camber back in. I put about 15,000 miles on it this way. worked great.
2" skyjacker coils, 3" leafs in the rear, 3" body lift, and 32" mudders, and it drove fine, I went on many road trips with it.
