the volt gauge sticks about 99% of the time and the tachometer about 50% of the time if i tap lightly on cluster they start to work.. any ideas?

odd problem for two gauges to do it. Try calling DNA speedometer to see what they say. 813-875-8226 I've used 'em twice and they are bad-ass good.

Is this gauge cluster out of a "dirty" truck? Electronic Parts cleaner just might fix it, remove cluster and hopefully you can get to the gauges from the back(?) and spray off the grime that is causing them to stick.
