2.9L v6 to 5.8L v8 fuel pumps

Hey anyone, I looked in the search on this website and didnt find anything regarding fuel pump usage with a 351w. Is the stock fuel pump for the puny 2.9 too small to push fuel to the 5.8? I know the fuel pump is inside the fuel tank on my donor truck. I'm sure the fuel pump on my ranger is on the fuel rail but i could be wrong. Since i don't want to change my fuel tank unless i have room to use the bigger f-250 tank. I'm not sure what the space is like under the truck, i dont think i can use the bigger tank so i was wondering what GPH fuel pump could i use for the 351?

the fuel pump is located inside the tank of your ranger. it's not to difficult to drop the tank and swap out the pump. i'm not sure what the stock ranger pump is rated at, but you can pick up a 190 or 255 pump for pretty cheap (under $100) and swap one in to be safe.
