I have and 86, 2.9L, and my fuel pump relay wont kick on. I replaced the fuel pump, gone through the lines, all the wiring, and replaced the the fuel pump relay. Took me awhile to figure out that it was my computer that that grounds out my fuel pump relay so I replaced it and now the relay kicks on and my fuel pump you can hear kicks on. Now the problem is I get fuel to pump out of the lines but it wont get past my fuel pressure regulator. I bought a new one and it still wont let fuel go into my fuel rail and into the engine. If I put fuel in the intake it will run for a bit. I have no Idea what it could be/where to even start. Please help

Where are you looking for gas? The fuel rail inlet? Pressure check would be helpful here, if your return is plugged, pressure will be high.
