Hi was having issues with this truck running proper to begin with. From dead stop you can floor it and it very slowly picks up speed but is at like 25% of power it should have and won't go over 75kph without a hill. Exhaust is fine. Fuel pressure is good. I power washed the engine and it won't start at all now. Not even cough. It's getting spark has good fuel pressure. Any ideas????

Spray starting fluid in the intake.
If it fires and then dies fuel is not getting into the intake(injector issue)
If it still doesn't fire then no spark.
If it back fires or pre-fires then timing is off.

It started and idled fine until I power washed it. The fuel is fine and there is spark. The injectors I believe are not firing I'm thinking the distributor and internal pickup sensor???

Starting fluid would confirm if it's the injectors or not.

Especially the EDIT comment :)

I don't think you would get spark and not injector pulses if the "CPS" was bad, I believe the "CPS" times the injector pulses, so if it wasn't working you would get a CEL and computer would use default injector pulsing(limp mode), not a no start.

Your system is also Batch Fire for the injectors, so there are only 2 pulses, each fires 3 injectors at the same time, usually it is done in Banks, so drivers side fires then passenger side fires.
Sequential injector firing wasn't added until 1994
