2.9 vacuum lines

There is a green and a red vacuum line, green from the egr that runs to a solinoid. Is the green or the red on the bottom, farthest from the white cap?

I had both off and can't remember.

Hard to tell from looking at the emissions sticker, but from what I can tell by looking thru the www, looks like you got it right. Red is to reserve, right? Not certain, but if it's wrong you may throw a code 33.
