2.9 running to rich ?

How do the plugs look? When I swapped in my new 3.0 I was running really rich and after diagnosing it further I found out the MAF sensor was way out of range (voltage). I replaced it with a JY one and still no dice. Well long story short my brand new plugs were fouled from running it so rich while diagnosing. New set of plugs and not a problem since. Get that thing running so we can wheel after christmas! I am swapping my slave cyl. and doing the saginaw pump swap this week, hopefully all goes well and I'll be ready.

did a compresin test on it and got like 155 on all of them so that rules out some thing intrunle rite

It all started on the trailride after you got stuck in the lake right? That leads me to believe its probably something so stupid you're over looking it. I know I was kicking myself when I had trouble with fouled plugs!

yes i know i keep lookin for a broken wire or a this or that but i can not find it if i didn't have the rears in it i would have junk it already still thinkin about takin ,18 blots out and cut2 brake lines and callin the junk man lol

go to the jy and change all the relays under the hood i talked to mel and he said they all work together and if one is bad it shorts all them out and to change them all

put on a 2nd ground wire to the motor

That's not that stupid, it could easily be overlooked. If it had no power and you didn't check the battery that would be stupid haha.

yes mybe but i still feel like a dumb ass now all i have to do is find my old hubs and put them on and c what i break next
