WElcome to TRS
The most likely reason is there is a mis-alignment between crank shaft and transmission input shaft
The "center lines" of both need to be a true, or there will be a wobble and front seal will leak
Check the Flex Plate for cracks
There are two alignment Dowels or alignment Dowel Sleeves on all bell housing to engine mounts, make sure these are there and not worn down
The bolts can not align the center lines, to much play, the Dowels are required
There is also a Block Plate/Separator Plate between bell housing and engine, this is mostly for starter motor alignment but also needed as a spacer
Out of balance torque converter, semi-longshot, if new front seal leaked and torque converter wasn't changed then its a posibility
Plugged passage in the valve body, longshot
Pump pressure is getting too high and blowing out the front seal
2.9l trans on 3.0l engine........No, it won't bolt up, different bell housing bolt pattern
